Update on Korbin's Helmet

It has been about 2 weeks since Korbin started wearing the helmet and I could not have asked for an easier time. Korbin is the most laid back kid, he honestly could care less that he has to wear the helmet and the only time he ever really notices that it is there is when we have to hold him still to take it on or off. I was so worried that he was going to hate it and he wouldn't be able to sleep at night or he was going to be miserable for the few months that he has to wear it but we are not having any problems at all!! He sleeps just fine and he still as happy as he was before. He goes back in about 2 weeks to get his head re-scanned to see how much difference that helmet is making in his head shape. But I don't need a scan to tell me tat it is helping. I can see a difference already when I take it off during the day. It has helped a ton already in the short time that it has been on. He has it on for 23 hours a day and I take it off for an hour to give him a bath and to clean out the inside of the helmet. He is still able to roll around and do whatever he wants, he can't quite sit up on his own because he is a little top heavy with it on and his balance is not that great yet but we are working on it. Hopefully the progress keeps up and he can get it off soon!

The back of his head has started to round out.

We ordered some decals to decorate it. His name is spelled out across one side.

The front has Derek Jeter's number with baseball bats on either side. (Ignore the extreme amounts of drool, he is teething :( )

The back has the New York Yankees logo.
