The Flu

So we are all recovered from a pretty nasty week! On Monday Peyton started getting sick with the flu, she was throwing up and had horrible nasty diapers, it was just a mess! By Tuesday she was throwing up even more, and by Tuesday evening I was getting it. Ever since I got pregnant with Peyton the only time that I have thrown up was because of morning sickness, I have not had the flu for a long long time, so I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later. I hate throwing up, I am sure everyone does but I really really hate it, so spending the entire night hugging the porcelain god sucked big time! By the time early Wednesday morning rolled around poor Deven was starting to get it too! But we are finally feeling better, Peyton is taking a little bit longer to get back to normal but she is doing much better than before.

It is my Dad's birthday today, so Dad if you read this Happy freakin Birthday! We love you! It is also our crazy little dog Gus' birthday today. He is now 2 years old and he has been so much fun, he was teeny tiny when we got him and he has not gotten to much bigger. He has the personality of a crotchety old man sometimes but we still love him, and he has been so good with Peyton. She will spend all day getting in his face and tugging on his fur and smacking him and stealing his toys, but he puts up with it and is always be the first one to give her kisses when she gets upset. So happy birthday to our crazy little dog Gus!

She is never too sick to make a mess, she is in her new Curious George p.j's I probably buy her new p.j.'s every time I go shopping.

We decided to go out to dinner and we got Peyton all dressed up since she has been in p.j.'s all week, this is the coat her Aunt Hollee bought her I think it's so cute!

I love love love her new little jacket. The poor girl though she looks so sick and miserable in her new cute litte pjs. The flu is the WORST! I hate throwing up as well, I'm pretty sure it is the worst thing ever!! I'm glad you all are on the upside of the yucky flu though.
