There is nothing to exciting going on with us. The past few weeks we have just been hanging out at home. We got our tax return a week ago and we have already spent it! Deven's truck got fixed, that was a pretty expensive fix but we are back to 2 working vehicles which is always nice. We got our carpet ordered and it should be installed in the next few weeks, and we bought a new TV for our living room. So it was money well spent but it is still crazy how fast is goes! Peyton is still teething, it seems like every time I get a good look inside of her mouth I see another new tooth coming in. She is talking a lot more and she loves to blow kisses. Her 18 month check up is in a few weeks so it will be interesting to see how much she weighs now. For Valentine's day we stayed at home and relaxed all day long. On Friday night we went to dinner with our friends Alex and Kelsey to Flemming's Steak House in Salt Lake. It was expensive but it was worth every penny, the food was so so good! I am very anxious for spring, I bought Peyton a ton of new clothes for spring and summer but it is still too cold for her to wear them so hopefully that changes soon!

Flemings was way good!! When we are rich we can go again but not until then :) K I love her clothes!! They are so darling!! I wanna get some for Tyce!!
Max has those same crayons and loves coloring with thenm too! we got a new tv too, I love having it!And her clothes look so cute!
Peyton is so freaking cute I hope she doesn't try to color on your walls if she does try the crayola color wonder paper and markers Kaydence loves them. We should go shopping some time I love buying Kaydence new clothes maybe her and Peyton would get along real well.
