So I am not too much of a morning person, and I am especially not an early morning person. But for some reason my cute obnoxious little baby is and when I say early I mean early! It is now a little after 3 am and I am sitting on the couch watching her run around the living room destroying everything in her path and laughing while she does it. This is the second night in a row that she has woken up at 2 am and decided that she wants out of her crib to go play. I am hoping that this does not become a new nightly thing for her but I am worried that it might. Now I know that I should not give in and go in her room and get her out of bed at night when she wants but it is so much easier to do than to listen to her scream like crazy for a half an hour straight, I think our neighbors appreciate me getting her out as well. So who knows maybe I will just have to adjust and become more of morning person, I have a fridge loaded with Dr. Pepper to help if it has to come down to this!
Today, or yesterday I guess, Dev and I went to the gym together for the first time in a couple of years. Our gym has a little day care area that we can let Peyton go play in while we work out. I was a little worried that she would not like being dropped off and left for an hour and half while mom and dad work out but she handled it just fine. I on the other hand was much more nervous about it than she was. Luckily for me they have cameras in the day care center and they broadcast it on some TV's hat they have all around the gym so I can work out and watch her run around a play at the same time which was way nice. So from now on Dev and I will be going to the gym together instead of switching off nights like we used to. So far the working out again has gone pretty good. We are both a little sore but its a good sore so we'll take it. Our gym has a pool so while I am running on the treadmill I am watching the people swimming wishing that I could just get in there and swim laps for a few hours. Doing so would require me to get into a bathing suit and that thought makes me a little nauseous. But I have decided that I would enjoy my time at the gym much more if I was swimming so I am just going to deal with it and get in the pool! I am going to blind quite a few people in the process due to my glow in the dark white body but oh well!
Peyton has decided that lifting weights at the gym is not enough for Deven, he has to come home and lift her too.
She loves talking on her cell phone, should we be worried that she has started so young? :)
