Birthday Party Planning

Things have slowed down for us finally! We are able to spend more time at home and relax which is very nice! Peyton's birthday is coming up so we are trying to get it all planed out as to what we are doing. We know that we have to do it at a park because with all the family we have it would be impossible to do it some place indoors! Luckily Peyton's birthday is during warm weather or we would have a problem. But things are coming together and the invitations are made and are getting sent out tomorrow hopefully! The biggest problem we are having is figuring out what to get her! We are leaning towards getting her a play kitchen and lots of plastic kitchen utensils like measuring cups and spatulas, and stuff like that, because she is in the kitchen opening drawers all the time. She is always carrying around something that she has pulled out of a drawer. Her favorite is to get into the towel and hot pad drawer and throw them all over the floor! Lucky me! But she is so much fun to watch, she is always entertaining. She is also very mischievous, our parents say that this is pay back for what we put them through. She loves her dogs, she walks around the house saying "puppies" all day! She now has 4 teeth, 2 on top and 2 on bottom, and she is acting like she is getting another one so we will have to wait and see where it pops up. She goes to the Dr. on Sept. 8th for her 1 year check up so I am excited to see how much, or little in her case, she weighs! She talks a lot more, and she is always imitating things that other people say. So we are going to need to watch what we say around her.
This morning we made another trip to the Dr. luckily we are now able to go to my regular one, Dr. Walker. She is so awesome we love her! I have to go into the Dr. every week now so that they can check for a heart beat. Today went well, she found the heart beat and it has gone down since last week so that was good. My blood pressure is ok, a little low but its ok, and my weight is still going down but the Dr. said that it is probably from stress. So far so good, we were hoping that maybe she would maybe say that things are looking better than before but she is acting like all the other Dr.s, so we will just keep going about our lives and hope for the best. I am still scheduled to have an ultra sound on the 25th and Dr. Walker said that it was up to us whether or not we wanted to do it or not. I think we are going to because it will give us a better look at her heart to see how big of a problem she has, and we can see how much fluid is still in her system and if her cystic hygroma has gone down or not. We are planning for the worst but we are hoping for the best!

I am so sorry to hear about your baby I don't think I could be as strong as you. I hope everything turns out for the best and know that I am praying for you. We need to get together and let Kaydence and Peyton play that would be so much fun.
